The Advantages of Consuming Alcohol

Prior to you initiating a petition to replace the water cooler at the office with a beer keg, it is imperative that we make it very clear that alcohol is only useful when consumed in lower quantities.

On the other hand, if you consume an excessive amount of water, you run the risk of being dehydrated, which significantly increases the possibility that you may develop kidney stones in addition to other health problems.

You will be better off if you have some decent friends. People who drink a pair of beverages together, as opposed to consuming sodas, are more likely to engage in conversation for longer lengths of time.

This is because the two drinks are more likely to be consumed simultaneously. There is some evidence that drinking a few alcoholic drinks on a weekly basis may lower the risk of getting Alzheimer’s disease for certain people. It is also conceivable that drinking alcohol in moderation might reduce the risk of having a stroke or heart disease, both of which can speed up the advancement of Alzheimer’s disease.
